At PropCurrency, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of prop money products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for returns.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom or special-order items (items made to order for you).
Promotional or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
2. Return Process

We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions for the return.
Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after we inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong prop money bill or want a different denomination, we can assist with an exchange:

Return the unused item following the return process mentioned above.
Once we receive the returned product, we will refund you (minus shipping fees).
Place a new order for the correct item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or process a full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
7. International Orders
For international customers:
Return shipping costs and any import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
